RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU) and current Spanish legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without needing to provide any justification.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail or an email) to:
LOVRA DESIGN
Email: info@lovradesign.com
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before that period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
In case of withdrawal by you, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method we offer), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us directly without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts relating to:
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (such as underwear or swimwear).
- Goods which, after delivery and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.
