SHIPPING POLICY

- Processing times: Once your purchase is completed, your order will be processed within 1 to 3 working days. After processing, your order will be shipped the following day.
- Special note: During sale seasons or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended due to high demand. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your package with the utmost care.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
As our logistics system is automated to guarantee speed, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. If you need to correct any delivery address details, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been processed, we will not be able to make any modifications.
